Like every year, we present the new developments of the 2024 season that will be introduced in the Birelart – Freeline karts and products for the 2025 season.

The acronym that characterizes the new models for 2025 will be S18.

Based on the S16 models, like every year we worked during the racing season to further develop and implement the performances of our karts, modifying geometries, the materials and some accessories, introducing new details to always have a better product both on quality level and on performance, confirmed once again by the numerous successes that we had during the season.

All Birelart karts will keep the same homologation number for the new period 2025-2027 as made an homologation extension. We will introduce new pods Free Line model “AERO” and “AERO Mini” newly homologation.

NEW FREELINE PARTS 

• Brake balance: developed during the 2024 season the new brake adjusts facilitates the adjustment of the distribution and improves its functioning.

• Rear hubs d.50: The new Freeline hubs HQ have the double fixing screw with a better axle grips in order to maintain a perfect assilaity and avoid the movement.

• Spindles OK - KZ: the new spindles have a lever geometry slightly different to a better entry corner. It’s also allows a better regulation on high of the frame. It will be the same for both categories with the addition to an aluminum caliper support on the KZ.
  

• Pods AERO: to reduce cantilever weights, improve the aerodynamic efficiency and a new look, were studies and developed the new Freeline side pods mod. AERO, homologation 007-BS-20.
  

• The karts models DD and SH will be equipped with new front pod and new panel developed and homologated by KG 509
